At Au Vodka, we strive for excellence in every bottle, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and undamaged items. Please note that due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have had their security seals broken.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging with all security seals intact within 14 days of delivery.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your gold bottles using the original protective transit packaging to prevent breakage during the return journey.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package to our distribution center using a tracked service; once inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
